Meditation

A step by step guide on breath observation and the Vipassana Meditation technique.

Level I

A beginner sequence based on traditional hot yoga postures. A perfect introduction for those new to yoga.

1-Hour Level I

A faster-paced version of Level I sequence.

Level II

A sequence of 45 postures from the Ghosh lineage. Recommended for consistent and long-term practioners.

Level III

The most challenging and comprehensive of the Ghosh Lineage, this class is a complete sequence of postures - 84 total. Recommended for students with a strong and consistent practice, along with healthy knees.

Vinyasa I

A beginner exploration into Vinyasa, including sun salutations and upper body strengthening.

Vinyasa II

A step up from Vinyasa I, this class adds more core strengthening, balancing and deeper stretching.

Flow Fusion

A unique sequence focusing on hip opening and core strength, incorporating elements of Vinyasa and the Ghosh lineage. A perfect supplemental class for athletes, including runners and bikers.

Samadi Core

This class is designed for the warm room or hot room, incorporating the Ghosh Salutation which heats the body quickly. The emphasis of this class is core strengthening and longer holds. Challenge yourself with 60 minutes of intense and effective postures.

Mat Pilates

A series of non-impact exercises combined with yoga's harmonizing development of the body, mind and spirit. Develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness through our new specialized system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches.

Yin Yoga

A more meditative approach to yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time to help raise awareness of your inner silence. Combines eight-to-twelve postures with a 15 minute meditation to round out the one-hour class.

Family and Kid’s Yoga

A child-friendly introduction to Ghosh and Vinyasa yoga postures. The class is held in a warm room (not hot!).
